We ship worldwide.
I. Shipping costs
The shipping costs are
- for shipping within Germany a flat rate of €4.99 per order.
- for shipping abroad a flat rate of €10.99 per order
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for transferring money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). II. Delivery information
Delivery times
For deliveries to member states of the European Union, the delivery time is 10-14 working days.
For deliveries to all other countries the delivery time is 10-20 working days
Information about calculating the delivery date
The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the intended purpose. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email as part of the order processing.
- 2. PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. At checkout, select “PayPal” as your payment method.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
4. You will then be redirected back to us ( https://www.11goals.net/ ).
C. FAQs
My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us, please help us by doing the following:
- Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
- Check with the local post office to see if you have the package.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the courier dropped off the package with them.
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at [ Email: info@11goals.net] with your order number. If you found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.
How can I track my order?
