[ 11goals ] - Interview with Vivien Endemann (SV Meppen)
Dear Vivien,
1. What 3 things fascinate you about football?
One thing is definitely team spirit. You win together as a team and you also lose together.
Football is also very versatile. Every opponent has a different style of play and no two games are the same.
The emotions that a football game can trigger are also very special.
2. Your best football moment so far?
There are several beautiful moments there. However, the promotion with SV Meppen to the 1st Bundesliga and my first international matches were one of the best moments.
3. What do you think is the key to being happy?
You should also appreciate the little things in life and think about the positive even when things aren't going well.
4. What motivates you or how do you motivate yourself?
The desire to win and keep improving motivates me a lot. But also simply the opportunity to practice what you enjoy most at a high level every day.
5. What are you most proud of in your life?
To my family.
6. What was the best decision in your football career?
I used to have to choose between tennis and football. I chose football at the time because I found team sports more fun.
7. What three things in your life are you most grateful for?
Health, family, friends
8. Do you have a role model and why?
I don't really have a role model.
9. If you could change one thing in football: what would it be?
In general, that women's football is getting more attention, for example that more games are being broadcast on television.
10. If it were up to you, what song would be playing in the locker room before games?
I prefer to leave the music before the game to others. That always works quite well.
11. Your life without football would be...
... definitely completely different. But I can't imagine it at all, as football has been part of my life since I was little.
Thank you, Vivien! All the best for your future, good luck in Meppen & stay healthy!
